View from the window in my first long-term Spanish apartment.
The peculiarity of this painting is that it was painted during my second visit to my Odesa during the war, in my studio apartment. Since for the first six months of living in Spain I had neither paints nor room for painting. This is the first oil painting of 2023. And the view from the window of my first room, which I really liked. However, the sky in this picture is unusual for a typical Valencian day. This was the sky before the storm. Rains in Valencia are rare, but when they do exist, they are most often of incredible power and beauty.
